Southgate District Beaver Sports (18 May 06 11:29am)
Ten teams from around the District took part in this year's Beaver Sports Day.
As usual every Beaver Leader kept their fingers crossed twice! Once that the weather should not be too bad and once that their team of eager Beavers should turn up! The Beavers did in good numbers and an exciting afternoon was had by all. The Beavers took their victories (and defeats) in good humour but the 3rd Southgate just edged forward to win the Shield. Well done to all who took part and helped at this annual event.
