Scout Bowling Competition (16 Dec 07 7:41pm)
The first Southgate District Scout 10 pin bowling competition was held on Thursday 13 December 2007 at Hollywood Bowl, Finchley.
Despite only three Troops entering this new District Scout event there were 50 Scouts throwing bowling balls down, scoring strikes and spares and generally having a good time.
The winners of the competition were the 3rd Winchmore Hill with an average score of 91.4. Second were the 23rd Southgate with an average score of 87.33 followed closely by the 22nd Southgate on 87.26. The top score on the night was Ahmet of the 3rd.
Well done to all those who took part and we look forward to "bowling" the event out next year.
