Team Extreme a Great Success (12 Mar 06 9:00pm)
This weekend 23 Scouts from all around Southgate District took part in Team Extreme, a leadership and teamwork course. The weekend was all about practical experience, much of which was outdoors, and gave every young person a chance to be a leader on tasks.
They also got a chance to be an observer on tasks, take a step back and get a different perspective, and then talk with the leaders and teams about what they saw.
This fantastic, fun weekend was a great success and is yet another example of how strong Southgate is.
