| Whenever you visit any website, information is logged on the webserver hosting the site. Information includes the date and time, page visited, size of the page, browser used and the link clicked on to reach the page. The information gathered will not be used to track usage of individuals in any way, but may be summarised for statistical analysis.

Additional information (such as name and email address) is also kept for the purpose of checking identity and for maintaining accounts. Users will be able to see all the information that is stored about them and update it to keep it current.
A log of major actions may be kept and users are able to view their own logs and see what information is being stored.
The website administrators are able to see any data collected on the website. At this present time the administrators are the DC and the Webmaster. |
